sour pickle plain turkey burger with ketchup 2 glasses of ice water (^ at the diner)
1/4 cup of dark chocolate covered pomegranate (90 calories) a bottle of water
turkey breast cold-cuts with honey mustard two slices of fresh mozzarella corn sour pickle a bottle of water

my first day of a new healthy lifestyle change starts today. i’m going to use all my strength and will power to be HEALTHY and change my life for the best. no under-eating and then no emotional overeating when i’m upset or don’t reach my goal weight in a week. i’m going to take it day by day and not give up. i can do this, and it is about time i show myself that.
