eating only a part of the frozen yogurt is a HUGE deal for me —- self control at its best! and now i have some for another day in the freezer too :) i am literally obsessed with ice cream and frozen yogurt. it’s my number one comfort food. i could eat a crazy amount daily. at school a pint of ben and jerrys once a week (even twice, if i was having a bad week) was very common. so i’m proud of myself that i was able to put some aside and save it for a later date.
